The admissions of HIMS are offered at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The streams in which these admissions are offered are medicine & allied sciences, pharmacy and sciences. HIMS Lucknow admissions to MBBS courses are offered on the basis of marks obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). HIMS Lucknow admissions to MD/MS courses are offered on the basis of marks obtained in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) (NEET-PG)  examination. The final admissions are only offered to students who have taken part in the counselling process, verified their documents and paid the admission fees. Hind Institute of Medical Sciences Admissions to Undergraduate Courses

HIMS Lucknow offers a variety of undergraduate courses. The minimum eligibility criteria for admissions to these courses is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board. The duration of undergraduate courses varies from 2 to 4.5 years. The eligibility criteria and the seats for undergraduate courses are as follows:

HIMS Lucknow Admission Procedure to M.B.B.S. Course

  • Candidates have to apply and appear for NEET UG conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

  • The candidates have to meet the NEET UG cut off and register themselves for the counselling process. 

  • Candidates must choose HIMS Lucknow as their choice during the seat allotment process. It must be noted that NEET counselling has two types: One is All India counselling conducted by DGHS for 15% All India Quota seats and the second one is the state counselling held by each individual state medical council for the rest of the 85% of the seats.

  • Based on these choices filled and seats available in the college, NEET UG All India Rank, reservation criteria and various factors, candidates are granted admission.

  • The final selection of candidates is offered after payment of the admission fees and document verification.

Hind Institute of Medical Sciences Admissions to Postgraduate Courses

HIMS Lucknow offers a variety of postgraduate courses. The minimum eligibility criteria for admissions to these courses is that the candidates must have passed graduation in relevant fields. The duration of postgraduate courses varies from 2 to 3 years. The eligibility criteria and the seats for undergraduate courses are as follows:

HIMS Lucknow Admission Procedure to M.D./M.S. Course
