 INSTRUCTIONS to the UG candidates allotted through centralized counselling by MCC of DGHS, New Delhi for admission to MBBS Courses (2022-23)

 

Candidates who have been allotted through centralized counselling by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi for admission to MBBS Degree courses in BHAARATH MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL for the academic year 2021-22, are advised to report and complete the admission process strictly within the date and time specified in the ‘Allotment Letter’ issued by the MCC - DGHS.

 

A.Instructions for Physical Reporting:

The candidates should report along with original certificates and Demand Draft for tuition fees and other fees or UTR No. for Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS as specified herein below.

 

The certificates/documents to be submitted in Original along with 2 sets of photocopies of the same are:

  • Allotment letter issued by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi
  • NEET (UG) – 2022 Admit Card issued by NTA
  • NEET (UG) - 2022 Result/Rank letter issued by NTA
  • Class X Mark Sheet (both sides of Mark Sheet).
  • Class XI Mark Sheet (both sides of Mark Sheet).
  • H.S.C. Mark sheet (both sides of mark sheet) or any other equivalent examination.
  • Date of birth Certificate (If Metric (10th) certificate does not contain the same)
  • Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate / Migration certificate
  • Copy of Community certificate
  • OBC Certificate (dated after 1st April 2020) if applicable
  • Copy of Aadhaar Card.
  • Ten Passport size & Two Stamp size colour photographs of the candidate (same as in NEET admit card photograph); one Passport size photograph of the candidate’s Father and Mother and a Photograph of Local guardian if applicable

 

  • Candidates without original certificates/documents shall not be allowed to take admission in Bhaarath Medical College and Hospital.
  • Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/College/University and come for admission with a Bonafide certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with Institute/College/University” shall not be allowed to take admission in the Bhaarath Medical College and Hospital.

 

B.Instructions for Online Reporting (Subject to notification from MCC. DG

The students must pay the Tuition fees by Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS/NEFT ONLY as detailed below (Tuition Fees) and furnish the Details, as mentioned in the Bio-data form.

Demand Draft will NOT be accepted for Online Reporting

Acknowledgement mail will be sent on receiving the E-Mail.

After due verification of all the documents, admit card will be sent by E-Mail.

 

Allotment letter given by DGHS for admission, is subject to fulfilment of all eligibility criteria prescribed by the NMC and medical fitness of the candidates.

Those who do not fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria and not found medically fit will not be admitted to the course of study to which they are allotted by the DGHS.

 

Mode of Tuition Fees:

Tuition fees specified above may be paid preferably by Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS/NEFT and payment receipt with UTR No. should be produced at the time of admission.

Demand Draft will also be accepted for Physical Reporting. Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “BHAARATH MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL” payable at Chennai. (Cheques /Cash will not be accepted).

 

General Instructions:

  • If a candidate fails to report on or before the last date and time specified by MCC of DGHS in the allotment order along with the original Certificates/Documents and/or fails to pay the tuition fee in full by Demand Draft/Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS/NEFT with UTR No. on the day of admission, he/she will not be permitted to proceed with the admission process and the seat will be considered as vacant and will be duly notified to the DGHS for further action as per rules.
  • If any candidate withdraws from the course of study in which he/she was admitted, after the expiry of the cut-off date prescribed for admission to that course of study or in mid-term and the seat is rendered vacant, the first year fee paid will be forfeited and the student will also be required to remit the ‘entire course fee’ for the remaining years of the course period.
  • Students will be governed by all the University rules including rules for refund of fee, disciplinary rules, hostel rules and UGC/NMC Regulations for Curbing the Menace of Ragging etc.,
  • At the time of admission, candidates should sign a declaration/undertaking declaring that they shall abide by the rules and regulation of the University including anti-ragging Regulations of the UGC/NMC and observe good conduct and behaviour and that they are bound by the University Rules on payment of fees/refund of fees.
  • Both the parents of the students (Father and Mother) shall accompany the students for signing in the declaration form. Another person will not be allowed inside the admission campus.
  • If allotted under the category of OBC/SC/ST, the Community Certificate signed by the competent authority shall be produced.
  • Maintain social distance & Wearing Mask Compulsory.
  • Govt.Tamil Nadu /Govt. India Guidelines for COVID-19 protocol should be Strictly Followed.
  • The candidate should report only during the normal working hours of the Admission office (10 AM to 5 PM).
