MD Pediatrics is a postgraduate medical degree program that focuses on the medical care of infants, children and adolescents. The program typically takes 3 years to complete and provides students with advanced knowledge and training in paediatric medicine.
The curriculum includes theoretical and practical training in various areas of paediatric medicine such as neonatology, paediatric critical care, paediatric cardiology, developmental and behavioural paediatrics, infectious diseases and paediatric oncology.
During the program, students are trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions affecting children including common illnesses, chronic conditions and rare genetic disorders. They also learn to manage paediatric emergencies, perform procedures such as intubation and lumbar puncture and provide counselling to parents and caregivers

Eligibility Criteria: MBBS with minimum 50 % aggregate and compulsory 1 year internship.
