The application process for admission to the MBBS programme in 2023 officially started with the declaration of May 7, 2023 as the day of the NEET UG 2023 exam. In order to make an informed choice of institution, medical students preparing for this year's MBBS in India admissions should be aware of the numerous government and private medical institutions in their respective states. The registration procedure for the NEET exam will begin soon so make a choice wisely.

Private medical colleges of Karnataka

There are a total of 67 colleges in Karnataka that offer MBBS admissions including 21 government colleges and 46 private colleges affiliated to various private universities of the state. Out of all the private colleges, Sambharam Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Kolar was not granted permission for renewal for the session 2019-20 by the NMC.
